The Trainer Track

We created this posting because we're actively looking for people with the potential to become trainers. That doesn't mean you'll start as one -- every trainer at Green Cleaning DFW starts as a cleaning specialist first.

But if you prove to be consistent, reliable, and have a natural ability to help others learn and grow, we'll invest in developing you into that role. You have to earn it -- and we'll be watching for it from day one.

What We're Looking For

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance -- you show up ready every day
• High attention to detail and genuine pride in thorough work
• Professionalism and warmth while working inside private family homes
• A servant's heart -- you care about the people behind the homes you clean
• Ability to work independently after training
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle

As part of our hiring process, we use a few short assessments to help match you to the right role and growth track. There are no wrong answers -- they just help us set you up for success.

Where You'll Work

You'll primarily serve homes throughout Wylie and surrounding areas. Our routes are thoughtfully grouped to reduce drive time and keep your day organized. You'll visit our office in Fate about once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.
