Green Cleaning DFW is an eco-friendly residential house cleaning company that has served Rockwall County, Texas -- just east of Dallas -- and the surrounding communities since 2009. We have strong demand, a great product, and a steady stream of homeowners reaching out for quotes every day. What we need is someone who can pick up the phone, connect with people quickly, and turn that interest into a booking.

We use the NEPQ sales framework -- a question-based approach that feels like a natural conversation, not a sales script. You will be trained on it. If you are the type of person who hates sounding robotic and would rather actually talk to people, you will love it.

What the day actually looks like

Leads come in through our website, social media, and the phone. Your job is to reach out fast -- call, text, email -- and get them booked. Some days you will close four in a row. Some days you will chase a lead for a week before they pick up. No two conversations are the same. You will use GoHighLevel for calls and SMS, and Google Workspace for email. The tools are set up -- you just need to run with them.

You will be great at this if you...

Speak clear, professional English that US homeowners can easily understand over the phone -- this is a phone-heavy role

Get energized by conversations, not drained by them

Do not wait to be told what to do -- you see a lead and you go after it

Pivot naturally when someone pushes back, rather than reading from a rebuttal sheet

Have at least a year of real phone sales experience behind you

Can manage a high-volume pipeline -- during busy weeks it can reach 70-80 leads -- and still make every person feel like a priority

Are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Have reliable internet, a computer, and a quality headset for calls

What you will get

 4,400,000 COP per month base + 185,000 COP per new recurring client after their 3rd completed cleaning (paid in USD) -- consistent performers earn 8,100,000+ COP per month

Fully remote -- open to candidates based in Colombia

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST -- no evenings or weekends

Full NEPQ sales training -- we invest in people who invest in themselves

To receive payment as an independent contractor from a US company, you will need a RUT (Registro Único Tributario). If you do not already have this set up, you must be willing to obtain it before your start date.
